I really appreciated Mike taking the extra time this morning to my heart to address a problem that I've had ever since I've been in this house. It is the noise coming from my AC condenser unit. With every repair person that has come to my house I have discussed the problem of the noise level that's created when the unit comes on. Mike took the extra time to listen to my issue and and suggested various options. He actually probably helped the problem by expanding the spaces between the vents.
