Jamie Wooldridge
Location President

Jamie has been President of Berkeys Air Conditioning, Plumbing, & Electrical since January of 2013. Prior to this, he worked for a Fortune 200 company for over 26 years in various senior leadership sales and operations roles, his last being Senior VP of Operations. Jamie has a demonstrated track record of building both customer and employee loyalty, in both B2B and B2C environments. His ability to build high performing teams is centered around his philosophy of People First, Customer Loyalty, and Value Creation. Jamie holds a BBA in Management and a BBA in Marketing from Eastern Kentucky University. He is a resident of Southlake, TX, home of Berkeys. He enjoys competitive sports, and is a former collegiate tennis player, and is still active in that sport. He also enjoys spending time with his family and giving back to the local community.


Dana Thomas, PHR, SHRM-CP
HR Manager

Dana joined the Berkeys team in 2018 and brings 20+ years of HR Management, Organizational Development, Change Management and Mergers & Acquisitions experience. She is dedicated to innovation and to personal and professional growth. Dana possesses the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and the International Public Management Association for Human Resources Certified Professional (IPMA-HR) certification. She is also certified in Predictive Index and a member of Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Dana has three children and she enjoys hiking, camping, gardening, traveling and spending time with her family, friends and church.


Mark Mills
Controller

Mark joined Berkeys as Controller in November 2018, overseeing the financial aspects of the company. Prior to joining the company, Mark worked in various industries; Technology, Aerospace, Equipment Rental and Services. Mark has a Bachelors in Accounting from Canisius College and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and two teenagers traveling and pursuing outdoor activities.


Lee Pogue
Operations Manager

Lee has over 23 years’ experience in the HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical industry. He has been involved on many different levels thru his tenure at Berkeys in different phases of the operational as well as financial management of the company. Lee has a strong commitment to customer service as well as operational leadership within the organization. His work ethic and forward thinking leadership style have led to many advances in technology at the company which have resulted in tremendous growth. Lee enjoys playing golf in his down time as well as saltwater fishing.


Amy Harris
Customer Service Manager

As the Customer Service Manager, Amy is dedicated to caring for our customers with friendly, attentive customer service and strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. She brings over a decade of call center experience to the department, having served previously in the financial services sector. Amy most recently established a new Predictive Index team to drive morale within her department and create a cohesive environment around the many personalities. In her spare time, Amy enjoys traveling, movies, and attending swap meets with her family.


Raphael Leite
HVAC Operations Manager

Raphael has over 10 years of experience in the heating and air conditioning business. He has had a hand in all aspects of the business over the years from installation and field work, to sales and team management. Building on Berkeys solid 40+ year reputation and focus on world class customer service, Raphael’s “just do the right thing” mantra has kept Berkeys as one of the most recognized and awarded home services companies in the DFW metroplex. Raphael currently lives in the Keller area and when he is not at work he can be found in the great outdoors enjoying photography, RVing, and spending time with his wife and two kids.


Ron Bevins
Plumbing Operations Manager

Ron is a Master Plumber with over 34 years’ experience in the plumbing industry. He spent a lot of his early years as an owner of his own business and in the early 2000’s was blessed with a great opportunity to give back to society by spending several years as an volunteer, teaching plumbing skills to offenders within the state penitentiary system. Ron used his Bachelor’s degree in Science and Occupational Education to help him fine-tune his management skills while working for several high profile companies including a Fortune 500 company in Houston Texas.

His daily goal: Be the support to his Service managers, Plumbers and office staff, so that we all can provide top quality service to every Berkeys customer. Ron joined Berkeys in 2018 as the Plumbing Ops Manager, when he is not working he enjoys the weekends by taking short adventurous trips around Texas with his dog named Denver.


John Taylor
Electrical Manager

John Taylor is a licensed Master Electrician in the state of Texas with 18 years of experience. He is driven by his passion with training and teaching others the importance of electrical safety and dynamic customer service. John is a former college basketball player and has a background in theater and music. He enjoys writing in his spare time and stays busy with family and friends.
