Jeff CoxJeff Cox

Jeff became President of Berkeys Air Conditioning, Plumbing, & Electrical in April of 2020. Prior to this, he worked for Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air, & Electric for 10 years in various leadership and operations roles, his last being Chief Operating Officer. Jeff has a demonstrated track record of strategic leadership, with a strong background in marketing and improving operational efficiencies.

His ability to build high performing teams is centered around his philosophy of Collaborative Leadership, building Customer Brand Loyalty, and executing the Three Win Strategy (Customer, Employee, Company). Jeff is a NEW resident of Southlake, TX, home of Berkeys. He enjoys competitive sports, especially basketball, and is still active in coaching youth basketball. He also enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, and giving back to the local community.

Lee PogueLee Pogue
Operations Manager

Lee has over 23 years’ experience in the HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical industry. He has been involved on many different levels thru his tenure at Berkeys in different phases of the operational as well as financial management of the company. Lee has a strong commitment to customer service as well as operational leadership within the organization. His work ethic and forward thinking leadership style have led to many advances in technology at the company which have resulted in tremendous growth. Lee enjoys playing golf in his down time as well as saltwater fishing.

Raphael LeiteRaphael Leite
HVAC Operations Manager

Raphael has over 10 years of experience in the heating and air conditioning business. He has had a hand in all aspects of the business over the years from installation and field work, to sales and team management. Building on Berkeys solid 40+ year reputation and focus on world class customer service, Raphael’s “just do the right thing” mantra has kept Berkeys as one of the most recognized and awarded home services companies in the DFW metroplex. Raphael currently lives in the Keller area and when he is not at work he can be found in the great outdoors enjoying photography, RVing, and spending time with his wife and two kids.

Mike HarrisMike Harris
Plumbing Operations Manager

Mike is a Master Plumber with over 27 years’ experience in the plumbing industry. Mike spent his early years in the industry honing his craft in the New Construction side of the industry. With a passion for serving others he began working for himself in the early 2000’s to allow himself the flexibility to travel to impoverished countries to serve others. In 2009 he joined a large service company and began managing and training younger plumbers and apprentices in the trade. Joined Berkeys in 2020 with a desire to lead a great group of managers and technicians in serving the Metroplex with Integrity, Respect and Honor.

John TaylorJohn Taylor
Electrical Manager

John Taylor is a licensed Master Electrician in the state of Texas with 18 years of experience. He is driven by his passion with training and teaching others the importance of electrical safety and dynamic customer service. John is a former college basketball player and has a background in theater and music. He enjoys writing in his spare time and stays busy with family and friends.

Dana ThomasDana Thomas, PHR, SHRM-CP
HR Manager

Dana joined the Berkeys team in 2018 and brings 20+ years of HR Management, Organizational Development, Change Management and Mergers & Acquisitions experience. She is dedicated to innovation and to personal and professional growth. Dana possesses the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and the International Public Management Association for Human Resources Certified Professional (IPMA-HR) certification. She is also certified in Predictive Index and a member of Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Dana has three children and she enjoys hiking, camping, gardening, traveling and spending time with her family, friends and church.

Mark MillsMark Mills

Mark joined Berkeys as Controller in November 2018, overseeing the financial aspects of the company. Prior to joining the company, Mark worked in various industries; Technology, Aerospace, Equipment Rental and Services. Mark has a Bachelors in Accounting from Canisius College and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and two teenagers traveling and pursuing outdoor activities.

Shaunte BrownShaunte Brown
Customer Service Manager

Shaunte joined Berkeys as an Customer Service Manager in July 2020. Prior to joining the company, Shaunte worked 21 years in corporate America in Finance/Banking. Shaunte has extensive experience in call center management & career development and is Six Sigma Certified. A master teacher in Servant Leadership, Shaunte has a passion for people development and is dedicated to mentoring both professionally & privately. In her spare time Shaunte is active in community outreach and enjoys spending time with her two adult daughters and new grandson.
