Acquisition Extends Berkeys Footprint in the Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing Markets in the DFW Metroplex
SOUTHLAKE, TX. – December 5, 2011 – Berkeys, a leading provider of air conditioning and plumbing services to North Texas, today announced its acquisition of Southwest Air Conditioning & Plumbing, Inc., an HVAC and plumbing company headquartered in Keller, Texas.
Southwest Air Conditioning & Plumbing has been providing quality HVAC and plumbing services to the Keller community and its nearby neighbors for over 30 years. The company has been an active member in the Keller Chamber of Commerce and has been recognized by the Chamber for its excellent customer service. The company has also been lauded by readers of The Keller Citizen.

The transaction closed in November and was subject to customary closing conditions.
