My water heater blew out and was leaking water all over my garage. After speaking to 1 company that wanted $200 to just show up, I called Berkeys. The phone rep advised me it was $150 service charge and was very understanding of my frustration and quickly explained ,with a smile in her voice, the options I had with the service contract. I’m sorry I don’t have her name and hope you can determine who it was I spoke with. After saying she would get the next Serviceman, but couldn’t give me an estimate, I hung up and 2 minutes later she called back to say there was someone on the way. I could tell she was happy to give me the good news and help me out. 20 minutes later Dewayne arrived at my door. He was very polite and quickly assessed the situation, even beyond the initial replacement of the heater tank. My home is old (1950) and has had work done throughout the years so I wasn’t really surprised when we encountered code compliance issues. He went over all aspects of the replacement, code upgrades and clearly wrote up the options I had with warranties and service contract. Unfortunately when he went to turn off the water at the curb the valve handle was seized up and he was unable to move it so we had to push the job to the following morning.  – Radinow, Dallas, TX

I needed to have my tankless water heaters descaled to improve hot water pressure.  Alfonso arrived on-time and was very careful to keep a clean workspace in my home and wore shoe covers the entire time (much appreciated).  He diagnosed my situation and provided a few different options with complete explanation.
