Tommy went above and beyond for me and my family. I had a washing machine drain that was unable to be correctly cleared by the last two competitors. Tommy kept at it until it was cleared and made recommendations to keep it cleared. With regard to the bathtub drain, he had to maneuver through a tight spot (mostly on his side), without causing any major damage and still replace our bathtub drain with new and free flowing piping. Needed an outdoor faucet moved over a foot to accommodate a built-in stone surround for a grill. Jeff was here within an hour of my call to Berkey’s and had the faucet moved in another hour.
