I would like to say first, my wife and I feel like we now have a friend Rich we trust to work on any HVAC issues for life. We believe it is due to the Berkeys way of doing things, the mentality... I know in a few years my AC will need to be replaced because of it's age. You can bet we will call Richard with Berkeys. He was amazing, professional, and worked hard to find the actual problem instead of trying to sell a new system to us within minutes. Needless to say, we don't buy anything from a pressured environment. Berkeys is the best.
