Plumbing in Trophy Club
Personnel arrived in a timely manner, explained what they would have to do in order to correct the plumbing of the air conditioning drain system and resolve the situation where water was accumulating win the AC catch pan. I did not enter the attic to observe what changes were made in the catch pan to remove water to a drain as well as to the exterior of the house, but it appears that some of the future water accumulations will be removed from the AC system catch pan through closed piping to the exterior and some into the sewers system via drain piping in the small bathroom. We found the personnel were neat and clean in their appearance and their work was done in a professional manner. they explained clearly what they were doing and would have to do to prevent any AC water accumulations from damaging our ceilings by diverting any possible water into drain lines without danger to the ceilings or walls. All personnel were neat and cleanly dressed, all rugs and closet areas were well screened to prevent any possible damage land all work areas were carefully cleaned following completion of the repairs. Thank all of your personnel again for us. Their work was performed in a most professional manner, they showed concern that none of their work would in any way damage our home and that we would be would be satisfied fully when they finished all necessary repairs. Please let all who're involved in the work done that we greatly appreciated their professional manner of these repairs and the fact that we appreciated the manner in which they explained what was required in the way of repairs and the manner in which they left our home when all work was completed.
