I was very pleased with Berkeys. Technician Billy was professional and thorough and fixed 2 problems we were left with by previous A/C contractors. Dispatchers on the phone were courteous, friendly, and understanding of potential emergency situation with broken a/c and infant in the home. Would certainly use Berkeys again and would recommend. I only wish I had known about you sooner!

He identified two issues which if not managed now would cause large problems at some time in the future, costing many more dollars. Very professional and very conscientious of being clean in my home. Very willing to share about his company and they treat their employees very well. There is a certain consistency with who you have at your house because of the low turnover rate. He came out for a check-up and spent three hours fixing the problem. He did not have to come back, someone brought him the parts. It was fixed same day. It was efficient and convenient for us.
