What is the Oncor Electric Home Energy Efficiency Program?
Oncor provides incentives to participating service providers like Berkeys who implement energy saving projects, such as insulation, and heating and cooling upgrades. Oncor’s residential programs typically run from February through November on an annual basis, until funds have been depleted. In 2019, reserves ran out sooner than expected due to the popularity of the program.
Home Energy Efficiency Program Qualifications:
Homes must have Oncor as their electric delivery provider. Homeowners and renters (who have permission from the owner) may participate. Incentives may cover all or some of the project costs completed in the Home Energy Efficiency Program.
