Greg is the ultimate professional. Communicates in an easy to understand manner, yet displays his broad knowledge in a way that makes you feel that he has your interests at the forefront of his objectives. You feel that he wants you to make the best decision for the present and your future needs. He maintains his composure even though you might be reluctant to accept the reality of your situation. Would reccomend Greg without hestitation for the reluctant consumer who may be pushing his own agenda without the depth of logic required to make a prudent decision regarding the transition from freon and the positives of the current HVAC systems available. Good man!!!! Felt like we were talking to a friend rather than detached service technician.
My technician was Curtis Ballew. Curtis was professional, friendly and so very helpful. He explained the process thoroughly and kept me informed through every part of the repair. Plumbing issues can be very distressing and he was wonderful to work with. Will definitely recommend your company to my friends and neighbors. I was thoroughly satisfied with the work Curtis did. My A/C quit working on a 102 degree afternoon. The unit is old. Dennis Ross, your service person came & fixed it so at least I could have cool air. He explained & showed me the part he replaced.It was clear that I do need a new unit. He explained the new A/C units that Berkeys has to offer.
Curtis was a true professional and was able to get to the root of the problem quickly. I'm up and running now and I have Curtis to thank for that.

Roger was excellent. He explained what was wrong with my A/C unit and how it is old and could die any time. I appreciate d his honesty and yet he was sensitive to my financial constraints. I told him I would like him to be the tech to install a new unit when I need it. He is professional and skilled in his work. He's a real asset to Berkeys.

Great experience with Sean - very professional and courteous and more than competent. Unhappy with Berkeys time estimate - was supposed to be between 2 and 6, didn't show until after 7. Sean had had a very long day. Berkeys should consider hiring more technicians
