Dear Bill,
I am writing you to comment on my recent experience with your company. When my 78 year old mother called me and reported that her heater was not working, I obviously had to move quickly. I advised her that based on prior experiences with Berkey’s; yours was the only company to call.
You sent out Dewey to look at her situation. My mother thought Dewey was the owner based on his friendliness, professionalism, and demeanor. I met Dewey at the house and listened as he fully explained what needed to be done. When we made the decision to replace the furnace (her furnace was about 20 years old), Dewey explained the entire process and fully explained the cost. He then scheduled the installation and thanked us for our time. What a breath of “fresh air”.
On the day of installation I met Dewey at my mother’s house to let him in. She was not feeling well that day and they took great care to not disturb her. Dewey and Adam worked all day replacing the furnace, condenser, etc. At ALL times they were highly professional and courteous. As I left the house to go to work, they took care of the installation, as my mother continued to rest. I cannot thank Dewey and Adam enough for their understanding and patience.
Before Dewey and Adam left the house, they fully explained to my mother and I what they had installed, as well as fully explaining the service policy and warranty. Neither my mother nor I could have asked for better service than was provided by your company.
My mother’s house is now comfortable for her and everything is working great. It is comforting to know that a company like Berkey’s can provide the highest level of service while still being competitively priced.
Once again, thank you for your service and please thank Dewey and Adam for their professionalism and service level. I will certainly tell all my friends to call Berkey’s when they have an air conditioning or heating problem!
