Our House is 22 years old, so all of our Heating and Air Conditioning units have been replaced by Berkeys over time. Every time i call, i have a polite person on the phone and they immediately give me an appointment. When the tech shows up on time, he's police, neat and efficient. I've always been pleased with everything that's been done and with the price that i was charged. We've had the same good experiences with Berkeys' plumbers. We've had our Hot Water Heaters replaced and everytime i've contacted Berkeys, even on the weekend, we've had no trouble getting an appointment that was convenient for us and at a price that was fair. Had an electrical storm that affected our AC unit- called Berkeys and about an hour later their tech Wayne showed up, diagnosed and fixed the issue and he even shared some wonderful secret recipes ...didn't realize there was so many things you could do with brussell sprouts and peanut butter. Pleasant no hassle experience throughout. Customer service was polite and helpful with scheduling. The tech (Eleazar) arrived on time and was extremely polite, professional and patient. He answered every question to my full satisfaction. He went over all issues found and work that was needed. The work was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. The AC was not blowing cool air. Your customer service reps were all very nice to me. They called me to verify that the technician was on his way and that he was there. Berkeys called me a gain the next day to make sure everything was ok and working and i also received a thank you note from the technician. It was really good customer service.
