Who knew I could love plumbers, electricians, an energy auditor and several ladies who answer phones? Evidently, Berkeys did since that is where all these lovely people work!
You guys have taken great care of us for over 10 years - you rock! (NEVER let Perry go!)

I'm a new homeowner and this is the first time I've needed a plumber. Being new to the area, I didn't know who to call. I found Berkeys on the BBB website. I went to the website and submitted a request for an appointment. 26 hours later, all I had received was an Email saying someone would contact me as soon as they could. Not a good first impression.
