  • Estimating, selling, and offering options on a daily basis, able to meet and exceed sales quota. No salary cap - performance dictates income! Answers in the mirror!
  • Exceptional team player, fun, energetic, goal-oriented, positive, optimistic, and a great attitude!
  • Exceptional Plumber - intuitive, hardworking, fast, efficient, no problem with wearing a uniform, attention to detail, willing to learn our system, can keep a truck well organized - "what next" attitude!
  • Takes personal responsibility to better themselves as a person and grow as a plumber
  • Ability to explain/educate the customer on their plumbing needs at their level, flatrate pricing
  • Be able to climb in and out of box-trucks, able to lift over 75lbs, and work in the Texas summer heat
• License and Background
  
  • ACURRENT Texas plumbing license. TRADES MAN AND ABOVE, good references a must. (We are not able to hire anyone unless they have a current license-PLEASE NOTE!)
  • Can pass the State of Texas background and drugtest, clean driving record, and current driver's license are ALL a must. (Please do not apply if any of these are issues. We check to protect!).
