Over 15 years ago we invited Berkeys into home to give it and our parent’s home a “once-over” – a special promotion from our electric company – checking our HVAC’s efficiency. It was sadly lacking in both homes. Friendly, courteous and professional – the technician explained the issues and offered solutions! We were hooked on Berkeys from that time till now! Berkeys has seen us through emergency calls to my parents home, death of a water heater and replacement of HVAC systems! Service has always been exemplary and above reproach! This wonderful service continued this month as our 5 1/2 year old HVAC system in our “new” home in Carrollton needed to be replaced. Brandon was thorough in his explanation of a serious problem. His presentation of our options was complete and professional – He is a great guy! Chuck, his “trainee” that day was also kind and helpful in his suggestions. Each technician that entered our home during all the work was friendly and respectful. This guy was AWESOME! He noticed that I had just gotten home from extensive surgery. I was in horrible pain and had a helper here that wasn’t much ‘help’.
